Click on the little globe at the bottom of www.ebonyshowcase.org/nationalfilmregistry.html to see if our efforts are working or not. It's a counter that tells how many people visited the site, where they came from, when they visited the site, and more. There were 5 visitors today, 9 yesterday, and 20 the day before yesterday. I don't think that's enough visitors to get a nomination, so I'm trying to figure out how and where we should post to attract more visitors and nominations. Thank you. This is my first phase. I fought the city when they seized our former theater buildings in eminent domain using unethical tactics. This fight feels the same. I am planning a total of at least 4 phases. Visit http://ebonyshowcase.org/nationalfilmregistry.html for a glimpse of the controversial movie & my views on its censorship.

I'm the daughter of Nick Stewart, the voice of Brer Bear in Song of the South and at Disneyland. I created a new webpage: Here is a message that I posted here and there-please pass it on: Nominate Song of the South to the National Film Registry. (1) Please visit tiny.one/nationalfilmregistry and read through the information there; (2) then click the link to nominate Song of the South to the Library of Congress National Film Registry. This is a new campaign and last year's nominations don't count any more. You must submit a brand new nomination this year. (3) There are links on the page to help share the page link with others. (4) Share the link with your friends. You can nominate up to 50 movies. The deadline is August 15. https://youtu.be/WJeRNsjoZv8 - I have a strategy. This is the first phase. Contact me if you want to help.
https://www.pinterest.com/pin/343681015325740509/ The Pioneering work of Hattie McDaniel and James Baskett, the first African American Actors to get Academy Awards, is being censored, hidden and mislabled "racist," although they are brave role models who survived, fought, and conquered racism and bigotry in the 1940s. Nominate Disney's Song of the South to the Library of Congress National Film Registry in their memory. They paved the way. www.ebonyshowcase.org/nationalfilmregistry.html
